HAVELOCK STREET - SWINDON SUCCESSFUL LET ACHIEVED

Kilpatrick & Co are delighted to announce that we have successfully let No. 42 Havelock Street to the mental health charity for England and Wales, Mind. Previously occupied by Subway, the unit is soon to become the charity’s latest shop which endeavours to always ensure that no one has to cope or face mental health issues alone. The charity will occupy a prominent position next to Crunch Café in the pedestrianised Havelock Street. The unit, of approximately 710 sq ft, is a mid-terrace ground floor shop, comprising an open plan retail area with a large display window.
