COVID-19 As the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop daily, Kilpatrick & Co are doing all we can to continue to operate our business as normal, whilst keeping our team safe, and continuing to deliver the best possible service to our clients, tenants, suppliers and customers. Following the latest advice from the UK Government, we have put in place measures to ensure that our business can continue to operate efficiently should we need to close our office in the future, including: - • Remote working for the team, if necessary • Our property management system is hosted in the Cloud, and allows us secure access to data and documentation remotely; • Most of our communications are electronic these days and we recommend you continue to use email to communicate with us, which can be emailed to your normal contact or alternatively to our generic email Please scan in any documentation you need to share with us and attach it to the email as a pdf, rather than send by post. • As well as communications via email and telephone, we are able to offer virtual meetings via conference call or via Microsoft Teams. • Face to face meetings and property viewings will inevitably be constrained in view of the need for social distancing during the pandemic. • Should our resourcing levels be compromised due to staff illness or inability to work, workloads will be prioritised to deliver to deadlines, but we will keep those affected updated whilst taking every effort to mitigate the impact, should this situation arise. We are well aware that the evolving COVID-19 situation will present serious challenges to our clients, their tenants and our customers and suppliers through disruption to normal business activity and trade.
